Hello! I’m Mayra Lopez, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. With 10 years of experience in counseling, I am dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges and achieve their personal goals.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from California State University, Stanislaus and am licensed in California. Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression and family challenges. My approach is rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy which focuses on the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. 

I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. My goal is to empower you to discover your strengths and develop the tools necessary for personal growth. Together, we’ll work to identify your goals and create a tailored plan to help you achieve them.

When I'm not in the office, you can find me cooking or reading. I believe that maintaining a balanced life is essential not only for my well-being but also for the quality of care I provide to my clients.
